What Kind of equipment do I need?
The ideal weight equipment for this program is a Competition Adjustable Kettlebell, and an adjustable club or baseball bat. This gear will easily get you through a lifetime of athletic programming.
If you do not have, nor want, this type of equipment, there are other affordable alternatives that you can use.
Mark explains the equipment options for you in the explanation section of the program.
Who is this program for?
For beginners to kettlebells and advanced athletes alike you can scale this training using either heavier or lighter weights.
This is an excellent program for advancing your athleticism.

How long do I run the program?
We recommend everyone run the training for 18 weeks minimum. You can go through each session of training multiple times a week then scale up in time or using a heavier weight to continue to build on the skills learned with heavier weights.
What if I need to rehab an injury?
We recommend you do the Therapeutic Indian Club For Mobility & Pre-habilitation track.
This series is specifically designed for people who have been extraordinarily injured.
Mobility training is what most people are lacking in their training progression, especially for those that are recovering from injury, or extremely deconditioned.
Do these packages auto-renew?
