This program was originally designed to prepare actors for movies.
It takes only five minutes in the beginning, and can be used along side any other program. But it can also be done on its own. This is designed to be do-able AND help you get what you need out of training in the least amount of time.
Designed to waive the intensity of specific types of core exercises, this key component to your training will allow you to continue to engage your core with all of your other types of lifting programs.
Regardless of the type of lifting you do, it will help you stay engaged by constantly varying the demand and the movement pattern on your core so that you can maximize your efficiency and reduce injury with other types types of lifting.
As you acquire more injuries by living through really good stories in your life, you will find that you will lose certain movement patterns, which will carry over to almost everything else you will ever do.

How to tetris your training
If you are limited on time, this program goes extraordinarily well with Single Arm Heavy Club and/or the Kettlebell Swing Program.
If you do a kettlebell swing program for 10 minutes, and this program for 5 minutes, building up to 10 minutes over time, you start with a 15 minute training session that builds to a 20 minute session which will deliver almost all the results you want in the least amount of time for the least amount of money.

Alicia Cutaia is a celebrated dancer, instructor, choreographer, fire performer, and harness aerialist.
Trained in Classical Ballet and many other styles of dance, Alicia has performed in international productions with many renowned choreographers from all over the world. Her 15+ years of touring with professional dance companies has honed her skills as a performer, director, manager, and trainer.
Along Alicia’s extensive dance journey, she fell in love with circus performance and became a professional fire dancer and harness aerialist.
As an established instructor, her work has been showcased at many choreographic festivals, and her choreography for competition and ballet schools has won many national awards
She also is Founder and Artistic Director of ARC in Movement LLC, an innovative performance creation company in Portland, Oregon, that creates one-of-a-kind acts and shows combining aerial, dance, and fire.
