Krav Get-Up 1
This basic Get-Up program starts athletes with the fundamentals of getting up off the ground.
Judo Get-Up 1
This basic Get-Up program Judo is the art of basically slamming people into the ground…a lot. If you want to keep training, you have to keep getting up. This program helps you quickly get up off the ground in the same place to a standing position from “Judo” style ukemi.
Krav Get-Up 2
Getting up off the ground and re-engaging in a self defense scenario is the focus of this program. It’s about creating space to get up effectively in a straight line in the strongest possible position.
Builds off of Krav get up 1 and judo get up 1 programs.
Prone Get-Up 1
If you’ve fallen face down…get back up. Whether you’re a fighter or not, this Burpee type human movement is something everyone should master.Screwing Pushup 1
Martial artists, fighters, stunt people, and athletes alike can benefit from this super hard get-up. This program focuses on getting you from lying on your back, quickly into a plank position, then standing.This series of programs provide:
✔ Foundational movement training that is absent from most programs
✔ A solid foundation for future regimens under the Get-Up series of program
✔ Contextual training that is part of a larger series of programs, all of which will be centered around development of an essential human skill
✔An entirely equipment-free experience, with sensitivity to the overall economic environment
✔At minimum, six weeks of swearing and sweating, although most athletes may run this program for MONTHS, or even YEARS of novel training
