Anyone can become an athlete!

The single, defining characteristic that separates athletes from “regular folks” is training.

Elite athletes—the ones our culture tends to elevate to “godlike” status—become athletic overachievers by first focusing on mastering “the basics”: the most basic human athletic movement patterns, which are common to all human cultures, all over the world.

The training you will find in the entire suite of Wildman Athletica programming will teach you the fundamental human movement patterns and how to correctly perform them. Our workouts will challenge you to augment those movement patterns over a long period of time, until you have achieved absolute mastery of those essential movements.

Once you master these essential movements you can move on to more advanced athletic training.

Beginner - Overweight - Injured - deconditioned

Training for overweight & deconditioned individuals

All who are trying to get up and get moving, but are struggling to do so.

From the absolute beginner who may be of a larger size having mobility problems, the inactive or “deconditioned” person who doesn’t know quite where to start, or those with other contra-indications or injuries that keep them from doing what they love to do.

Therapeutic Indian Club

This series is specifically designed for people who have been extraordinarily injured.

Mobility training is what most people are lacking in their training progression, especially for those that are recovering from injury, or extremely deconditioned.

Training never ends. But it has to start at the beginning for people who are deconditioned, who have been abandoned by the modern medical system, and who are not being serviced by trainers in any way.

Intro to Kettlebells

Learn to safely swing and properly handle a kettlebell so you can move to more advanced kettlebell training.

Once the fundamentals are ingrained in your mind & body, there are almost an infinite number of exercises you can do throughout your lifetime.

These regimen is focused on making you “better at being human.”

Mark recognizes that it takes more than six weeks of “vanity” training to accomplish that goal.
